Our Mission
"To preserve the classical arts through performance and education."
The
Muses Project
creates new productions, using classical elements and highly-trained professional performers, in mentoring roles with students and young artists, to inspire audiences and generate interest in, and support for, the classical arts.
Who We Are

The Muses Creative Artistry Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable arts organization dedicated to preserving classical art and music through performance and education. Our vision is to inspire, educate, heal, and delight our audience and participants by providing diverse expressions of classical art and educational enrichment opportunities to all of the citizens of Arkansas.
Each year, under the leadership of Founder and General Director Deleen Davidson, theMuses Projectpresents over 30 multi-arts productions including a series of concert events, aligned with the Four Seasons, representing different artistic disciplines and styles, including: visual art, vocal and instrumental music, dance, poetry and drama. Various seminars and workshops are planned each season for participants to experience creative renewal and deeper understanding of their own need for artistic expression and balance in their lives.
These productions are based out of the Muses Cultural Arts Center in Hot Springs, and then toured throughout the region. Each performance is designed to personally enrich participants through direct encounters with the Arts, and inspire excellence and creativity in everyday life.
Through our educational outreach we interface regularly with high school and college students, as well as “life-long learners” (ranging in age from 15 – 90), providing them with teaching, mentoring and performance opportunities. These artistic encounters are designed to activate a sense of purpose and value, and to strengthen life skills such as, communication, cooperation, commitment, discipline, and teamwork.
AllMusesprogramming is based on the belief that classical artistic education and high quality cultural experiences through live performance are crucial to a well-rounded and healthy community.
Your support enables us to offer programs that would otherwise not be available in Central Arkansas. Please give a gift that inspires, and support the belief that Artistic Excellence has real value, for the individual and the community. We appreciate every gift, and steward our resources carefully. All donations are tax deductible and go directly to support the mission, operations, and programming of the Muses Creative Artistry Project.
